Hi, I'm Lucy. I run women's health education and training. Every session gets measured anonymously afterwards, so you don't have to take my word for any of it. Here's the unedited feedback from a recent lunch and learn on working with your cycle.
These come from the anonymous survey after one recent lunch and learn. They're that session's numbers, not an average across everything I've run.
We've met, so here's what comes with your first session.
Just let me know you scanned my card when you get in touch.
Daniela, People & Culture ManagerAs part of our monthly Lunch & Learn sessions for employees, we came across Lucy and felt it would be a great opportunity to invite her in to deliver a session on "Working with your Cycle" and make this important topic more visible, accessible and understandable for everyone. There are still so many myths and stigmas around menstrual health, hormonal wellbeing, perimenopause and menopause, and Lucy created a space where these topics could be explored openly and inclusively.
Lucy gave us valuable insights and knowledge around the menstrual cycle, hormonal wellbeing, and the impact these can have on energy levels, focus and the demands of our work culture. What made the session especially valuable was that it was not only relevant for people with a menstrual cycle, but also for colleagues, partners, friends and parents. Through better knowledge and understanding, everyone can play a part in offering more empathy and support.
The session was informative, engaging and approachable, while also creating a safe space for learning and reflection and Lucy made it fun too. We received really positive feedback from the team and would highly recommend Lucy to any organisation looking to bring more awareness, understanding and empathy to this important topic, which contributes meaningfully to wellbeing in the workplace.
It was a brilliant lunch & learn session for our team, really engaging, informative and full of practical takeaways. Lucy clearly has a huge amount of knowledge, but she explains everything in such an easy, relatable way that makes it really simple to digest and learn from.
Emma Burton, Head of Operations & PeopleThank you so much Lucy, this was such an insightful and useful talk which every company should have. Everything was explained so well and clearly. Really excited to start taking on board all the great tips.
Workshop attendeeIt was great to understand the mood changes, the hormonal facts, and how to adapt your month to your cycle. Hope we can have more sessions in the future!
Workshop attendeeA new way of learning how our bodies work.
Workshop attendeeI think it was hugely beneficial as a guy to be at the presentation and raise awareness as to what my colleagues are going through. Since the talk I have noticed women being more honest about it, and it will definitely impact the business positively. Highly recommend.
Male attendeeIt is great to understand how colleagues might be affected by normal bodily processes throughout the month. It will definitely make me be more considerate to colleagues' feelings and workloads when asking for assistance or advice.
Male attendeeYes, and the feedback above answers that better than I can. Male attendees come away genuinely aware of how hormonal health shapes team dynamics, and they describe changing how they work with colleagues afterwards. Building a shared language around this is what makes it safe for everyone to talk about.
Start with a call. Tell me about your people and what you're hoping a session does for them, and I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right person for it.
Or have a look around the rest: the three sessions, how a booking works, about me.
Thanks for scanning. Lucy
